• Products are eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Returns or replacements can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Personal Care & Hygiene Products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene considerations.

• The product should be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

• Once the return request is approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted; however, customers may opt for a return after delivery.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after successful return verification.
• If a product was purchased using a coupon or discount, the applicable benefit will be adjusted in the refund amount.
• A Rs. 50 shipping charge will be deducted if a customer refuses to accept the order or the replacement product.
